As an Agriculturist, i can say through research,that Avocado is Closer to berry in botanical expressions, avocado is considered fruit. Avocado is mainly utilized as vegetable and has sufficient fat to be a meat substitute in some dishes and sandwiches. It's a tropical fruit similar to banana which has a nutty savor which is evocative of an olive. It is indigenous to tropical and subtropical districts of Central and South America.
Avocado skin may differ from light green to dark purple similar to eggplant. It typically picked from its tree in an unripe phase. It must be stored and kept in an open air for ripening to occur.
Avocado is known  primarily of it is of health assortment. Significantly it possess superior potassium compared to banana and its oil is known for skin care elements which is excellent in vitamin A, B1, B2, D and E.

Avocado contains vitamins A, C, and B vitamins that sustain accurate performance of neurotransmitter, which makes it as a superior food for the nervous system. Rub an avocado directly against the skin two to four times a week.
