PARFAIT SMOOTHIE





This is my own special combination and recipe  I love to call it parfait smoothie, reasons being that it was a parfait, but I was not feeling it and decided to change it to a smoothie.


This cup contains Greek yogurt which was used as a base to mix my fruit of raspberry,black berry,chai seed and bananas.This cup contains the needed vitamins needed to start up your day. The Greek yogurt is rich protein diet  which may help reduce hunger, boost metabolism, and build muscle. Greek yogurt is an excellent source of calcium, which can help improve bone health. It also contains probiotics, which support a healthy bacterial balance in the gut. My Parfait smoothie also contains the berries which are rich source of vitamin c, vitamin K and Manganese, Chia Seeds Deliver a Massive Amount of Nutrients With Very Few Calories. Chia Seeds Are Loaded With Antioxidants.Almost All the Carbs in Them Are Fiber. Chia Seeds Are High in Quality Protein.The High Fiber and Protein Content in Chia Seeds May Help You Lose Weight.

Then it is then dozed with mint leaf, which serves as a soothing effect to the body.

This drink is perfect for weight loss and all those who want to fuel their energy.
