Smoothie Series- Banana smoothie

I made this for myself and a very special Friend last Saturday, he totally enjoyed it because we made ours with Oatmeal.




This is another way I love my Bananas as a smoothie/yurghurt if it is not eaten as a snack with groundnut . They are one of the healthiest food great for weight loss because of its filling abilities, they are also the power house of Potassium,improves digestion, contains nutrient that moderates blood sugar level ,aids weight loss, support heart health and contains powerful antioxidant Bananas are a natural antacid, providing relief from acid reflux, heartburn, and GERD,Protect against muscle cramps during workouts and night time leg cramps by eating a banana,Bananas help overcome depression due to high levels of tryptophan, which is converted into serotonin -- the happy-mood brain neurotransmitter,Counteract calcium loss during urination and build strong bones by supplementing with a banana.

That is all i know about bananas. 
Hopefully i will try and make amends on doing a smoothie Monday Every week so help me God we blessed with so many natural resource and natures medicine, smoothies are our best way to enjoy most fruits.
