Green Smoothie


Hi everyone and a happy new year.

With all the food we ate this new year i am certain that many of us have embarked on our detox regimen programme to snap back into our pre Xmas weight.
Well, I have.

Presenting to you this gorgeous smoothie purely made from Kale,green apples,mint leaf and spinach.
Healthy, great for stomach blasting and perfect for having that belle that goes from the front up to the back.

Each of the greens used here has some immense benefit it posses to the body, for those who know me quite well, know i can not make a smoothie without mint leaf in it, neither can i make detox water without adding mint leaf in it because of the great soothing effect it posses to the body, it is a must have ingredients.

Kale, Kale is a popular vegetable and a member of the cabbage family. It is a cruciferous vegetable like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, collard greens and Brussels sprouts.There are many different types of kale. The leaves can be green or purple, and have either a smooth or curly shape.The most common type of kale is called curly kale or Scots kale, which has green and curly leaves and a hard, fibrous stem. they contain substances that help fight cancer,great anti aging agents,great source of vitamin k.

Apples are rich in vitamin c,  great for boosting the immune system, and aids in digestion.

Spinach rich in roughage that aid in digestion.
