Apricots
Apricots,that beautifully colored fruits rich in beta carotene responsible for the oxidative effect of the break down of fat and helps protect and ensure the heart is in good working condition. high vitamin A content,and as we all know,Vitamin A is responsible for good and proper eye sight. Apricots are mostly grown in North America which signifies the beginning of the summer. We cant easily get it in this part of the world because of the Tropical nature of our environment and share strong relationships with peaches and plums.
Nutrients in apricots can help protect the heart and eyes, as well as provide the disease-fighting effects of fiber. The high beta-carotene content of apricots makes them important heart health foods. Beta-carotene helps protect LDL cholesterol from oxidation, which may help prevent heart disease and also assist in weight loss.
Apricots contain nutrients such as vitamin A that promote good vision. Vitamin A, a powerful antioxidant, quenches free radical damage to cells and tissues. Free radical damage can injure the eyes' lenses.
Apart From the health benefits of apricot,it has the important benefit to the skin in the exfoliation of dead skin cells,black heads,unclog spores and all deep cleansing of the skin which helps in stimulating fresh cell growth and radiant skin with a natural glow.
